Order Fulfillment
Every order is packed by our small family team in Pittsburgh, PA, with love and care. We double-check each order to make sure everything’s just right—because details matter when it comes to ducks!

Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the next business day

Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM or on weekends ship the following Monday

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Delays, Lost Packages & Support
We do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time and in great shape. However, sometimes life throws curveballs (or shipping delays).
If your order is:

Lost or Damaged: We’ll help you file a claim or send a replacement if needed
